Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped by UPS or USPS. Orders are shipped to the address you enter during checkout. The country/region you choose to ship to is selected during checkout. All prices, currencies, VAT, delivery times, and shipping costs are subject to change based on the country/region you choose. Our website will ship approved orders as quickly as possible, in the order they are received. You will receive a tracking link and shipping confirmation once the package leaves our warehouse.

2. Processing Time
Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we typically ship within 1-3 business days. Large orders may require an additional 1-2 business days. We will provide real-time updates on the order page.

3. Shipping Costs
Standard Shipping Costs: Orders under 2 kg typically cost $5-10 USD, based on order weight and distance to destination. For orders over 2 kg, the cost increases by $2-3 USD per additional kg.

Expedited Shipping Costs: An additional $5-8 USD expedited service fee will be added to the standard shipping cost. The exact cost will be determined on the order checkout page.

4. Shipping Time
Standard Shipping: After order confirmation, orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days, with an estimated delivery time of 7-14 days.

Expedited Shipping: If you need the product urgently, you can choose expedited shipping. We will prioritize shipping within 1-2 business days after order confirmation, with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 days.

5. Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can enter the tracking number through our logistics tracking platform to track the delivery status of your order in real time.
