1. Return Period

3. Product Damage and Problem Handling

After verification, we will arrange a free return or exchange and cover the return shipping costs. If the product experiences a quality issue not caused by human error during use and is still under warranty, you can contact us for after-sales service. 4. Return Process

Return: After receiving our return authorization, please send the product to the designated address as instructed. Please use a trackable shipping method and retain the tracking number.

Inspection: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days. If the product meets the return conditions, we will process a refund for you.
